  In-person Sessions:

All in-person appointments take place at Protea Ranch within easy reach of Johannesburg, Pretoria and Centurion, South Africa.

In-person sessions are suitable for adults 14 years and older.

First-time in-person sessions take around 90 minutes while follow-up sessions take around 60 minutes.

First-time appointment: ZAR 1,500

Follow-up appointments: ZAR 990

   Payment for all in-person appointments is made on the day of your appointment, either in cash or by credit/debit card.

  Teleconference Sessions:

We prefer using Zoom^® as our video conferencing partner. However, we are willing to consider alternative platforms where this is absolutely necessary.

Teletherapy sessions are suitable for adults 14 years and older.

The duration of all teletherapy sessions is between 50—60 minutes.

   All consultations via teleconference are tentative until paid in full. Once we receive your teleconference request, we shall prepare an electronic invoice and send the link to you by email. Please click on that link to pay by card. Having received your payment, we shall then confirm your booking and issue you a meeting invitation link, sending it to you by email.

  Sessions with Children:

All sessions with children are in-person appointments at Protea Ranch within easy reach of Johannesburg, Pretoria and Centurion, South Africa.

Hypnotherapy is suitable for children in the age range 6—14 years old. At the young edge of this scale, children vary greatly in terms of their comprehension and maturity. Hypnotherapy is therefore, not always suitable for some young children so please check with us first if you have any doubt.

Sessions with children take between 30—45 minutes.

ZAR 650/session.

   Payment for all in-person appointments is made on the day of your child's appointment, either in cash or by credit/debit card.

Medical Insurance:

Most medical insurance policies won't pay for your Hypnotherapy, NLP and/or Life Coaching due to the non-medical nature of this work.

Concessions and Discounts:

We understand that there are many desperate people seeking help but who are just unable to pay or who can only contribute in a small way towards our fees. As you can imagine, we are continuously inundated with such requests and so, we willingly allocate a portion of of our available slots for this kind of work. It is a limited resource, which means that we cannot guarantee that you will automatically receive repeat sessions for free. We consider each case on its own merit, allocating the available time to those in greatest need. Be forewarned though, discounted or free sessions generally have other trained professional therapists in attendance and they may be the ones who might actually work with you under supervision. Depending on the nature of the issues presented, these sessions may also be digitally recorded for training purposes and shown only to other qualified practitioners who are also bound by the same code of ethics to which we subscribe.

To reiterate, we decide on all pro bono work (free and discounted sessions) on a session-by-session, greatest-need-first basis and we will come back to you via email if there is a chance to accommodate your request.

Travel Reimbursement:

All in-person consultations happen at Protea Ranch, ±26km north of Fourways, Gauteng, South Africa. If we agree to travel away from Protea Ranch for any in-person visit, we reserve the right to add subsistence, travel and other lost-opportunity costs to the aforementioned fees.
